Merge branch 'wub/add-html-meta-generator'
Add `<meta name="generator" value="Pomf x.y.z">` to page layout, where
x.y.z is the current Pomf version number defined in package.json with
the help of Grunt.
This change is done to satisfy WHATWG's HTML standard, section 4.2.5.1
Standard metadata names.
