Added instructions and schema to use or migrate to SQLite (#17)
* Added MySQL to SQLite migration instructions; SQLite setup instructions
* Renamed schema.sql to mysql_schema.sql
* Produced modified schema suitable for SQLite
* Added SQLite setup and migration instructions
