| WCAG 2.0 section 1.4.3 sets certain criteria for foreground/background color contrast ratio. The current contrast ratio is too low at 4.00, where the desired contrast ratio is at least 4.50. This commit changes the contrast ratio to the minimum required to fulfill the WCAG 2.0 section 1.4.3 criteria.
