git.pantsu.cat has switched from gogs to cgit. gogs used a slightly
different URLs to point to tree, so the old URLs from gogs are no longer
valid.
For consideration, to ease maintenance we'll just keep pointing the URL
to the master branch and not a specific commit or maint branch.
?h=master is not really required here, it's the default branch. I am
aware that the current maint and master branches diverge heavily from
each other in terms of JavaScript, but this will be an issue that will
disappear eventually. Thus, this is the simplest fix.
A HTTP redirect will be setup for the old URL to the new one
(eventually) to fix broken links.

Instead of hardcoding the version number and duplicating version strings
in markup, have Grunt grab the version value from package.json. Adds
Gruntfile value pkgVersion.
For consideration, this will cause some issues in efforts to remove
Grunt from Pomf 3.x branch. Right now it's still considerably the best
or simplest thing we can do.

Pomf's old JavaScript is a frozen dependency hell with an old version of
Zepto. The amount of code included has reached the point of
unmaintainability, where nobody really understands very well how the
code works.
This code gets rid of all the previous client-side JavaScript and
replaces it with new, vanilla JavaScript. No dependencies required. This
new JavaScript should be quite a bit faster too.
Browser backwards compatibility has not been tested yet, however it is
expected that IE10 and later will work, improving our current backwards
compatibility.

Fixup to previous commit 120627d. Fixes Grunt build failure.
Gladly, I am working on replacing Grunt with Makefile for 2.1.0 or 3.0.0
release so that these mistakes should happen less frequently.

Catalan translation was removed in commit 566611c. However, the commit
was incomplete and forgot to remove the swig build task from Grunt.
We can safely remove these Catalan pages from Grunt swig build. They no
longer exist and this is dead code.

This does nothing as far as I see it, no dist/img/ is created. And hey,
it works without it. grunt-contrib-copy can create directories for us.
|
|
Grunt would not copy `img/` to `dist/img/`, because the task of copying
images was previously on the now-removed imagemin task.
This bug was introduced in commit 90e6b7b.

The benefits of HTML minification are too small and outweighted by the
benefits of not having to deal with yet another dependency in Pomf's
code. `Vary: Accept-Encoding` on the server is the recommended way to
approach this, also for clarity and debugging without browser consoles.
We don't need this.
|
|
Ever since liberating images in c76f70c, there's no really a need to
minify images. Furthermore, the dependency update in 6ef710a changed PNG
minification to be lossless, so most of the benefits were lost (because
our images are already compressed in the repository).
We don't need this anymore.

JSHint is "deprecated" in favor of ESLint. Personally I have not used
JSHint ever since switching to ESLint.

The banner option was removed in grunt-contrib-cssmin v0.11.0. This
removes the dead config option.

Previously, links to Catalan FAQ and others would be broken because the
generated files would not exist.
This is like a hack. Hopefully someone will soon tell me how to organize
these pages to subfolders to regain my sanity.

ca.swig is confusing and difficult to find.
This commit creates consistency with other pages until someone more
knowledgeable person tells me how to sort these to /pages/ca/ with
Gruntfile.

It should not be fatal to fail the build process if there's a syntax
error somewhere. Users don't need to care about that too much, only
developers should.
|
|
There's no sense to test the Gruntfile at this time, because it will
always fail to module.exports which works as intended.
|
|
This creates consistency with the project's style.
|
|
This should also fix the syntax, which fixes a build failure.

Considering how IE11 too has difficulties working right now, there's no
interest to support broken browsers.
